1 INFORMATION FOR USERS
Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
COMPANIA IBERICA DE MEDIACION DE ACUERDOS Y GESTION SL. (33BIKE) is the CONTROLLER of the USER's personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data?
Depending on the form through which we obtained your personal data, we will process them confidentially for the following purposes:
In the Contact form
- To answer enquiries or any other request made by the user through any of the contact methods available on the controller's website (legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- To send commercial and advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that allows commercial communications. These communications will be sent by the controller and will relate to its products and services, or those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to the personal data (consent of the data subject, Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- To carry out statistical analysis and market research (legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be kept for no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or for as long as legal requirements oblige us to retain them. When they are no longer needed, they will be erased with appropriate security measures to ensure the data are anonymised or completely destroyed.
Who do we share your personal data with?
No disclosure of personal data to third parties is planned except, where necessary for carrying out the purposes of the processing, to our communication service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy law.
What are your rights?
The USER has the following rights:
- The right to withdraw consent at any time.
- The right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of their data, and the right to restrict or object to its processing.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current law.

2 MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or in download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary for the provider to deal with their request; entering data in the remaining fields is optional. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are accurate and is responsible for notifying any changes to them.
The CONTROLLER informs you that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide the USER with an optimal service. If not all data are provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will fully meet your needs.
3 SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with current personal data protection law, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD for the processing of the personal data for which it is responsible, and in particular with the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR, under which data are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
